Our Policy

• Refunds - RISK FREE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Examine the course and materials for 30 days and if you are not completely satisfied we will refund your enrollment fee.
• Course Expiration Information - You have 180 days to complete your course. You may purchase a course extension if you can not complete the course within the 180 days. Each student has 90 days to access and review the course content after completing the last lesson in the course.
• Handouts - There are no textbooks required for this course. Any handouts or supplemental material may be found under the "Course Handout" tab at the top of your course home page.
• Exams - At the end of the course, you will be required to take an online exam. You will have three hours to complete the exam. Once you start the exam, you must complete it in its entirety without logging out of the course. The passing grade for the exam is 70%. If you do not pass the exam, you are allowed one online retake opportunity. However in accordance with the Real Estate Commission's rules, you must wait 30 calendar days before you can access you online retake exam. PLEASE NOTE: This is not applicable to the Mastery Prep course as exam prep courses are not regulated nor do you receive credit for this course.
• Mastery Prep - If you are taking the Mastery Prep course, you will be able to access modular exams after each lesson (by clicking on the Exam lesson on the course home page). The passing grade for these modular exams is 70%. However, you may access the exam as many times as you want for review and are not required to complete or pass the exams. They are simply a learning tool to hep prepare you for the state exam.
• Other School Policies - Remember to review the school policy manual. You may access the school policy menual by clicking on the "School Info" tab at the top of your course home page and then click on the "School Policy" button.

• Complete all course lessons.
• Pass your online exam with a 70% or better - You may access your exam after completing the course by clicking on the Exam link on your dashboard page.
