Your web site’s design is the first impression a prospective customer gets of your business or organization.  I’ve been noticing more and more how many businesses are failing to represent the quality of their products/services with crappy web sites.  When I go to a web site that looks like it was made in 2000 with broken links and horrible images, I simply move on to the next site until I find a design I’m comfortable with.  Take a look at your business and portray that image to your website.  If that means a site redesign, then you should get on it.  If that means getting a site up, then you better do that as you are already far behind the competition.
